Getting the job done!
We currently have five main projects underway this week. The weather is much better today. We hope the rain stays away. Regardless of the weather our boys are hard at work.
PROJECT 1
This project is a kitchen extension at rear and garage conversion. This job will take approximately 16 weeks to complete. The works include walls coming down; roof extended; extension to second level; sunroom at the back and the full place re wired; re piped; strapped; sheeted; stud partition; new kitchen; bathroom and new doors.
PROJECT 2
This project is a double storey extension. The works included a new kitchen, sitting room and downstairs toilet. Furthermore, upstairs work included two new bedrooms and toilet. This job took approximately 20 weeks to complete.
PROJECT 3
This project is a brand new build and a new car park for 40 cars. The works included a new hall upstairs and downstairs as well as bathrooms and disable toilets. This work has taken a full year to complete.
PROJECT 4
This project is a double storey extension. This job included a new kitchen and two bedrooms above in the new extension. The works took approximately 16 weeks to complete.
PROJECT 5
This project is a 12-week job. The works include new kitchen, bedroom and en-suite.
PROJECT 6
This project is a new store to the rear. The job included a bathroom and kitchen. It has taken approximately 30 weeks to complete the works.
